These 8 oz. packages of delectable pastries start with carefully prepared and thinly rolled dough and are filled with delicious fruits and jams.   These triangular-shape delicacies are traditionally prepared for the Jewish Holiday of Purim and great all year round!

Yum! These Purim favorites are lovingly handmade by Beth Shalom members and friends using own Jean Rubin’s recipe. The dough is slightly tangy (from orange juice and grated peel), which perfectly complements the sweet fillings. This year we have homemade poppyseed and prune fillings, as well as apricot, raspberry and other jams. Eat them fresh, or store in the fridge or freezer for later noshing– if they last that long in your household!
